Cancellation Policy

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

A Deposit is required to secure the booking.  Changes to reservations may involve a fee.

If cancelled prior to 30 days from arrival your deposit will be returned, after this your deposit will not be refunded.  If a reservation is booked by another service their cancellation policy over rules this one.

If a booking cannot be used due to border or other COVID-19 restrictions deposits will be refunded in full less any credit card fees
